Menthol 20mg (2.0%).DirectionsGently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2 – 3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide rapid relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.Sports: Apply metsal heat rub cream before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.Injuries: First, follow the RICE protocol – Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. For recovery, Metsal heat rub can be applied to muscles once the swelling has subsided.
